Everything you need to know about how we print, package, and ship your order — safely and on time.

At Checkomatic, we know your checks are time-sensitive. We've built our production and shipping process to get your order printed, packed, and on its way as quickly as possible — without compromising on quality or security.

Production Time

Personalized checks, printed envelopes, custom stamps, and deposit slips.

Standard production: 2 to 5 business days.

We offer rush options as follows:

*Rush and SuperRush orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Blank check paper, Blank Envelopes, binders, and other non-personalized accessories.

Standard items ship the same business day when ordered before 3:00 PM EST. Orders received after the cutoff time will be shiped the next business day.

Total time to receive your order = production time + shipping transit time

Shipping Methods

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We offer four options:

Most U.S. orders ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll email you the tracking number. You can also log in to your Checkomatic account at any time to view order status.

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • We ship in the United States only at this time
  • P.O. Boxes are not recommended. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, and tracked services may be delayed. We strongly recommend providing a physical street address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We stand behind every order:

  • Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms your package was lost, we will reprocess and reship your order at no charge.
  • Damaged on arrival: Submit proof of damage (photos of the package and contents) and we will reprocess your order.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue quickly.
